This is for ONE Agni Manitite Stone. Agni Manitite, also known as the Cintamani stone, is a pseudo-tektite that may be found in Indonesia. This intriguing stone resembles tektite, however, it was not formed by a meteorite impact. These stones were most likely formed during massive volcanic eruptions in which magma was thrown into the atmosphere. The particles here hardened into the volcanic glass, which then showered down. As a result, this stone belongs to the obsidian family and can be compared to other pseudo tektites such as saffordite and colombianite.

The Agni Manitite appears to be a dark, almost black stone at first glance. When a light is placed behind it, though, it turns grey to brown. The name is derived from Sanskrit, where ‘angi mani’ means ‘fire pearl.’ Given the circumstances of its creation, this is an apt name.
